Oh! My Sweet Ardour

Oh my sweet ardour
Coveted object,
The air that you breathe,
I breathe at last.

Everywhere I turn,I see
Your vague semblance
Painting in me love:
My thought imagines
The most joyful of hopes;
And with this desire
Filling my heart
I’m looking for you, calling you,I hope and sigh.

From the Aria of Gluck’s opera Paride ed Elena –O del mio dolce ardor Soprano - Marcelle Volkeart

WE DELIVER
WORLDWIDE

The show must go on...
Treasure is a character that strikes a chord with Greek Tragedy: an apparent ‘evil’ in being human, is getting tricked by our uncontrollable desires, as with ‘Paris and Helen’, in Helen of Troy; struck by each other’s beauty and swept away by deception, but not without consequences. At times our indulgences ends in ruin, but, if we can rise from the ashes, we could shine more radiantly. However, it is hope that kindles the flame again and again and unlocks the dance of life.
