Eendag, lank, lank gelede was daar ’n dogtertjie...
Dubbeldoor herrinner op die oog af aan die onskuldige karakter van Rooikappetjie. Dit is egter Wolf se stert en bene wat onder die rooi jassie uitsteek, wat ongemaklik sinspeel op die gesplete identiteit van dié karakter. Die samesmelting van die twee karakters uit die sprokie, is ’n poging om die versteurde grense tussen die slagoffer- en oortreder-self uit te beeld.
Once upon a time there was a little girl...
At first glance, Double By with her red cape reminds of the innocent character of Little Red Riding Hood. However, Wolf’s tail and legs protruding from the cape, uncomfortably hints at a split in the identity of this character. The fusing of the two characters is a way of addressing the blurred boundary between the victim- and perpetrator-self.

This episode explores the correlations and surprising synchro nicities between @haideenel 's sculpture “Rooikappie” and Seun’s song Wolf Wolf. What inspired the works? How did the collision or collaboration happen? What is the message the artists have?
What inspires the artists to relate and then create? Haidee interviews Willem and weaves his story of living on the streets of Swellendam into the story of Wolf Wolf and “Dubbeldoor” Rooikappie.
Haidee then decides to take a journey up to our Creator to lay Willems "cry out" in front of Source. But what does she find when she gets there?
Haidee and Seun don’t only explain it with pieces of the original conversations over Instagram and WhatsApp. They have actually turned it into a story.
